The Context

A performing arts organization offers an education outreach initiative serving elementary and middle schools. The program brings live performance and interactive learning experiences directly into schools, with the goal of expanding students’ exposure to the arts and supporting classroom learning.

While participation was strong and feedback was generally positive, organizational leaders wanted a more careful understanding of how the program was experienced across different schools, how consistently it was implemented, and what students and teachers were actually taking away from it.
